Stories to Love

16. Author & Coach Nina Crespo and the advantage of stretching oneself

Episode 16 of the Stories to Love Podcast

I’m wishing a belated Happy Thanksgiving to my US listeners! I took most of the holiday weekend off, so I could cook for my family and enjoy each other’s company.

For this episode, I have author and writer’s coach Nina Crespo. We talk about ending one series while in between writing another series, being a writer’s coach, and her three important things she’s learned as both an author and a writer’s coach, to include allowing a reset within your day.

This is a full and packed episode where you’re going to need a pen and possibly your journal. Nina will drop some truths, some heavy heavy truths here where I promise that can be prompts for your journal, if you are journaler as I am. She touches on topics like being aware and specific in our words and what we need, and about looking out toward the greater good.
