This is episode 75 of the Stories to Love podcast. Here with me today is Kathleen Willett.

Kathleen Willett is an English teacher who grew up in New Jersey and London. She lives in Manhattan with her husband, two daughters, and a cat named Mr. Sparkles. Her second novel, called Anything For A Friend, will be out in November.

In this episode, we talked about her most recent novel MOTHER OF ALL SECRETS where we touched on the new, exhausted mother as the unreliable narrator. We talked about modern motherhood where everyone seems to have an opinion of everything. Finally, we discussed the importance of the thinking period in writing, and how Kathleen took those thoughts into her actual writing sessions.
